What night would you rather have CUT on?

 I've been observing every night we do the CUT and in my observations, I found that Thursday nights were much liver than anything we've seen on Saturday nights. I personally have come to the conclusion that the CUT would do so much better on a Thursday night because many cannot make it out on a Saturday night. I also see that there is too much competition on Saturday nights. So while I initially thought that the move to Saturday nights was gonna mean bigger and better things, I now see that it may have been better off to stay a Thursday night venue. What are your thoughts on this? Would you rather have the CUT on a Thursday night, or are you happy having it on Saturday nights? Please vote and express your feelings for making your choice. I really would like to see the CUT succeed, so all your input and opinions would be greatly appreciated. Dro, think you can make this a sticky? If you can thanks, if not cool...I just want to hear EVERYONE'S opinion on this.

I know people are just sick of me promoting... if you go to our site http://www.lunaempire.com you will see a flyer we made of Peedo. Just promote that ish hard.... Also profiles like myspace.com I have over 200 friends on my list. AOL Instant message, emails (I have over 1,000 emails), my job, friends, my people jobs too, colleges and much more. Im telling you place could be packed.... if you have fans they will go no matter what is going on that night. In miami promoters just go to the same places to promote.. fuck that shit is not working you need to take it to the next level. I heard 2 weeks ago was the best night at the cut and believe me My goal is to break that record. The reason? People are sleeping on us and think we cant make this shit happen.

there's no place like the cut right now, i think the cut is better on saturdays, most people have to work on thursdays and plus it's a better day to party!! who's the compitition? with a little more promotions the cut will be jumping on sat nights!!!

Yup, yup. I agree with Godfree 100%. I think that the Cut is THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED IN MIAMI HIP-HOP FOR A LONG TIME. The fact that there is a venue that artists can not only perform at, but also get paid to perform? It is clear to anybody that a Saturday night is IDEAL for a party. So to say a Thursday is better is not right. I mean, Thursdays are cool and yeah they maybe seem "liver", but the truth of the matter is that there is no other night as live as a Saturday night. Period. There IS more competition. SO what? Who is The Cut competing with? Last I checked THERE IS NOWHERE THAT PAYS ARTISTS TO PERFORM LOCALLY! NOWHERE! Think about that. I suggest a cooperative effort amongst a good core of people can do the trick. If we come together and build (the way any REAL community should), there is nothing more powerful than the mind. Specially a couple of minds all working towards the same goal. Believe me... Saturday nights is THE BEST night for the Cut. We just have to do what Godfree says and have the artists promote the shit out of the place! Not only for the day they are performing, but EVERY SATURDAY! And every artist that performs should be there EVERY WEEK (I know I have not gone for the past couple of weeks, but I've been EXTREMELY busy... however, when it was on Thursdays I NEVER MISSED!). It's got nothing to do with Thursdays being better, it's just that right now, I CAN'T GO ANYWHERE. I'm busy working. I'll make time for this weekend cause Garcia called me as well as for Peedo's night. Then I think T.H.C. is gonna be out there, so whatever. The point is SATURDAY IS A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH. We all have to work it a little harder, but the reward will be GREAT! Trust me. The APEX

Hey Eff get ready when we perform on May 8th.. Ive eben promoting hard. The thing is people that are going to performed need to promote it. Not just Garcia and One track... So anyone should go to this event every sat. ish is dope.. I havent gone in a few weeks because of work.. but trust me is a dope ill vibe. I might go this sat and of course next sat when Peedo performs...
